Retail shop selling milk product above mrp

I visited a small small shop by the name FOOD CAFE, located in front on Anand Vihar Metro Station at 5 AM in the morning. I asked for a flavoured Milk bottle of Chillz. Shop Keeper asked me to pay Rs. 25, I checked the MRP, it was Rs. 22. He said wrong MRP is printed. I asked him to give me another bottle with correct MRP. He checked other bottles and then said that MRP is 22 but price is 25. I did not buy the bottle.
