Return of defective products from Shopclues not accepted

My order I’d is-117692374 from ShopClues.com. I have defective products which are used and old some of them tubes are empty and smells very bad. When I asked for return immediately after 3 days shopclue people said can’t return. I want my money back. I don’t want to purchase any thing from shopclue people. This is worst site and do not provide customers satisfaction. They people make fool to customer. Many times they did this like not returned products and forced to keep that defective products. This time I don’t want to keep defective products. I need my money return.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
