Return pickup and refund not done by Ajio

I ordered from ajio official app worth rs 1397 rs..it was done online payment. Ordered on 18 june 2021
and recieved by 30 june 2021..Since it was appropriate size, i requested for a return by july 1 st , but my return hasnt picked up yet, its 12 th of july today. i tried to contact them mails and calls they doesnt reponded yet.pls help me..i didnt got the refund also

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-.
