Complain against Ajio Life App. Value: 456

I had ordered 2 boxers from the Ajio Life App. Both the boxers delivered are of wrong size and wrong pattern / colour as displayed on the app. The product comes under non-returnable category, hence can’t initiate return via app. Have mailed the matter to them, but no action/ resolution yet

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
