Return pickup not completed by AJIO even after raising 5 complaints

This is to inform that I ordered 3 items from AJIO two out of which I placed a return request. The pickup was expected on 6 th feb today its is 20/2/23 the return has not been picked up yet even after raising 4 complaints to do the needful. No one is coming to pickup the parcel AJIO just gives fake call that order could not be picked up as u were not available which is totally false.
I want my refund to be initiated as soon as possible and the items to be picked up.
I request the higher authorities of reliance to look into this matter. Don’t break our trust and resolve the matter asap.
