Samsung failed to deliver a product on time

I ordered Samsung Note 20 Ultra on 16 Oct by paying the amount in advance I was given a confirmation that product will be delivered no later than by 23 Oct. I could see the  status of the product had not moved from approved since 16 Oct and I called,  emailed Samsung to inform the same and I was given assurance that product will be delivered by 23 Oct Toda I.e 23 Oct I am being told that product will be dispatched on next 7- 10 days which clearly shows that Samsung is not adhering to customer service level agreement where they promised a delivery for 23 Oct but leave aside delivery they haven’t even dispatched the product
And clearly they are using my funds for there use for last 8 days and ahead God knows until when as I dont trust them on any deliver dates
