Service deficiency and negligence by TravelTriangle

I have booked a honeymoon package from traveltriangle for 2nd May 2019 for Singapore by paying INR107000. All the payment and documents are provided to them well in advance so that any pendency can be cleared on time.
Even after several follow-ups they keep on neglecting the timeline and caused the delay in visa. On the day of travel they failed to provide the visa and asked me reschedule the trip for next day by paying for flight tickets myself. The cost of the flight for the next day was close to the entire amount of the package. I asked them what was the point of booking their services 2 months in advance if I have to pay double of the package now. For that I got the reply that they cannot do anything and we can go to consumer forum for any complaints.

Since they failed to provide us visa on 2nd May I requested them to return our passports to us, which they did return but on 7th May after several follow-ups over 5 days. After receiving the documents I got the surprise that my wife’s documents were not even sent for visa at all and they are returned as they were collected initially. So all this time they were lying to us about delay in visa processing while the truth is they have never applied for it.

So here I am who has lost all my money and also didn’t got to go for my honeymoon only because of their negligence.

    It is unfortunate that you could not take the trip with us. As communicated by our team, while you had already provided some of the documents on time, there were still others that were pending and were not provided despite repeated reminders from our team.
