I had recently given my iPhone 6s for repair at Pankaj Traders, U block, Phase 3, Gurgaon. I gave it to them as I needed the phone repaired very urgently, and did not have enough time to get it repaired from Apple service center. the phone was not under warranty. He did not do any repair, stole all originals parts, and replaced with fake parts, and took Rs 12500 from me. The phone did not work, and later on Apple also refrained from taking my phone. It is useless now. How can I take action against him? How can I get my money back?
