I ordered 2 designer lehengas from an Instagram Business Profile – @stylish_drapes. The details about the order were discussed over WhatsApp. I asked if the product will be exactly the same as in the picture given by them and whether or not they have a return policy. The seller ageeed, saying that the product will be the exact same and that there was a replacement policy. I confirmed the order.
The order was delivered 5 days post the ETA and the products that I received were not at all similar tp what I ordered. I therefore requested for a refund or replacement, but the seller stopped responding.
I have been trying to call/message them for almost a month now, still no reply. I am really agitated by this spam.
I am really looking forward to getting my money back. 4,000 INR is a big amount to pay for a pack of trash. Please guide me forward to resolve this complaint.
