Sony not providing post-warranty service for PS4

I have a PS4 from brand name Sony, warranty was expired. Now product is not working when we go to Sony autorised service centre they told us please pay Rs.14000 and we will give new PS4. I ask him for repair this but they refuse this product is not repairable. This such thing is not available on warranty card or product box. At the time of purchase we paid Rs.40,000/- and now they demand 14000/-. Its mean by PS4 is 54000/-. Is it justified.

    I am facing similar issue

    Have you thought about taking it to consumer court?
