Paid twice to Shopclues vendor for single order of Space Wiser toy

I had receive one no. SPACE WISER INFRARED REY SUPER ROBOT KID via Order no# 114001198 and delivered to me by courier. Safe express SG AWB 82480002 on 25/04/2017 payment of invoice value ? 1033.00 payment mode. COD . I had paid double invoice amount for a single toy. First received a toy with invoiced value rs 1033/- paid COD .found faulty, returned to SHOPCLUES. Replacement received with again paid the invoice value. Replacement request sent with bank details as required by SHOPCLUES for return of the amount. Now they denied to pay the excess amount paid to SHOPCLUES. Please take the necessary action to stop the online LOOT.
