Stale cake sold by monginis

I bought a 1kg Black forest cake on 23rd october but it was stale, not palitable at all it was sour and we had to throw the cake we even returned the remaining cake to the shopkeeper and registered the complaint but haven’t received any response yet. I have paid my hard earned money so i want the refund or the replacement. Its been two weeks now
