Two years ago I have upgraded by Tata sky connection at our home in Pune and amazon fire stick was offered free with connection.
Now after 2 years tata sky asking to return back the fire stick saying it was free for only use. No such conditions or terms of returning back of Fire Stick was told to us while upgrading.
Upon continuous call from tata sky I decided to return it back, I returned Fire stick but they were asking for adapter which was not there with me so told them technician plugged that firestick to TV USB port.
So they deducted Rs:1199 from my account. Later after 2 days I found that adapter and I raised complain to pick that and refund my account balance.
I have raised 3-4 complain all were auto closed with no resolution or no communication to me at all.
Today finally got conference call with tata sky support and technician but they are claiming work order is closed and it’s not possible to refund.
So Please help. Thank you
