On 21 October 2018, I purchased tcl company Tv from Seller “A.k. electronics” but the time of purchase seller provided us handwritten bill , from his bill book in which GST details was not mentioned, that time I was not aware that he is not providing me proper bill. So I did not object that time.
After that seller arrange installation of tv from TCL company service , the tcl company person came and installed my tv on behalf of that bill.
Now as the purchased item has 3 year home service warranty and after 2 year product is not working so I contacted with tcl customer support first time on 13 march 2021, customer support arranged technician visit . technician came from tcl company he shared all details with the company on the basis of that bill which provided by seller. technician checked Tv and said its motherboard is not working because of that you are facing issue and he send new motherboard request company. after 33 days he came with another motherboard and inserted in tv that but still tv was not working then he said pannel is not working your whole product needs to change. and He raised request for replace tv. but after 20 april no response received from them. After contacting many time they responded and said your bill is not valid. from 13 march 2021 they are doing everything on the bill I had. but now company is asking me GST bill on the time of replacement. and seller denied to provide GST bill. the bill provided by seller is attached.
