Complaint against Nexaship for wrong product delivery

I got a wrong product and it’s totally unacceptable.  The message I got from the sender or by the courier service
Out for Delivery: The Best Printed Satin… with tracking from WWW.NEXASHIP.IN, will be delivered today by an EKART Wish Master (call 08046800062, PIN 136). I paid 999rs. I am ready to return the product but not able to find the website and phone number also incoming facility not available kindly help me out to get my money back pleas

    Received very very low quality of goods…combo pack of sony ear buds and wireless earphone worth 1700/- was ordered but received low quality of fake company ear phone only…Please do needfull
