Terrible service of Tata sky after new regulation

I have migrated to a new plan and paid 220 when govt announced we should make our choice of plans.Last month fully I got only free channels. Despite repeated mails and phone calls Tata sky has been irresponsible. Before that I was recharging for 440 but did not get channels which I subscribe. Since I am new in bangalore there seems to be no way to address my issues. Today I recharged for 280 at 1.30 in the afternoon. Till now I am not getting any channels.
I am not able to contact them. Kindly consider my complaint and initiate action against them.
