Complaint against Prince cable networks for high charges

Complaint about cable operator. Value: Rs. 300 per month. My cable operator is not following the new Trai rules and he is charging a hefty amount of rs. 300 for just 5-6 channels. Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
