Test report not received after 8 days

My wife did some blood tests in Apollo Diagnostics on 22nd April 2021 as per the instruction from the doctor. As he has some symptoms related to covid so reports were required within 48 hrs. Out of 8 tests done 7 reports were received in nest 4 days but the most important test report of IL6 is still pending. To our surprise they have not communicated the reason for such delay. Since as of now the report’s importance has become invalid so I strongly request for the refund. Please help.

Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
