Cancellation of ticket by Spicejet:
First of all i like to thanks ICF for their support and helping me proceeding with my complaint.I got an opton of 5k worth of travel vouchers as a compensation which i am going to accept. Although the amonut which spicejet is providing me(5k) is not worth at all but i am satisfied that at last they accepted their fault. Their apology was all i needed Hope not to have such kindda experience with spicejet in future.
Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. However, she did not get refund even after 5 days. Ms. Disha posted her complaint with ICF on 13/5. ICF guided her in the matter and she got her refund on 19/5.Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh
Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same. Complaint against Syberplace for refund – Rs.53,499/- : Prashant Katke of Andheri West, Mumbai 400053 ordered for an apple iPhone 6s 64 gb grey colour with SyberPlace online website on 14th Feb 2016. Order No – 100058083. He was promised shipping in 7-13 business days. But even after 13 business the product was not delivered. Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.1,847/- : Shabeer Ali of Malappuram Dist, Kerala 676122 had purchased items from Snapdeal on 11-11-2014 and then cancelled some items later.
