However, until 25-02-2013 delivery was not made and she did not get any assistance from Houseful in resolving the issue. She posted her complaint with ICF on 25-02-2013 and the matter was taken up with Housefull. Finally, Ms. Mukherjee got her money back by 16-04-2013.
