This is to confirm that I have received complete refund on account of cancellation of all my eight tickets.

I take this opportunity to thank you for the effective intervention and sincerely hope that other consumers would not have to go through such delays and ordeal in recevining their hard earned money.

It’s a great service being rendered by India Consumer Forum. There is a need to give a wider publicity to this service, to public at large so that more consumers could benefit from this help. Unfortunately, still a large mass of our population is not internet savy.
