Refund from Craze n demand – Rs.2,800/-: Mrs. Sunita Baksha, Pune, Maharashtra ordered sarees from crazendamand from their site vide Orders No. 20820 and 20821 dt. 27 March 2018 by paying Rs.2,800/-. But she did not receive the product even after 15 days. She had sent many mails their support team but got no response. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
