Damaged air cooler from PayTM – Rs.7599/- : Mr. Abhishek Verma of Nagawara, Bangalore 560077 placed an order for a Symphony air cooler with PayTM on 31st March 2017 but received a broken piece. He also did not receive the free trolley with the product. He complained to PayTM on the same day attaching the images of the product. PayTM rejected the complaint and they also did not send the free trolley. Mr. Verma posted his complaint with ICF on 01-05-2017 and the matter was taken up with PayTM and after several follow-up Mr. Verma got refund on or about 26-05-2017.
