Refund from OYO-Life – Rs.7,999/- : Ms. Ankita Singh of Gurugram, Haryana moved out from OYO-LIFE on 2nd march. She was assured that refund was initiated by them on 7th march but she did not receive the money. She contacted the customer care many times but did not her money back. She posted her complaint with ICF on 28-04-2020 and ICF took the matter up with OYO. After several follow-ups and guidance to the customer, Ms. Singh got her refund back on 29/5.
