Refund from Subhbandhan matrimony – Rs.4,000/-: Mr. Harsimran Singh of Amritsar, Punjab registered with Subhbandhan matrimony services for suitable proposals by making a payment of Rs.4,000/-. As per the consumer, the agency provided fake number and contact for proposal was not genuine. Mr. Singh requested for refund which was denied. Mr. Singh posted his complaint with ICF on 28/5 and the matter was taken up with the agency. Mr. Singh got his refund by 9/6.
