Refund from Travolook – Rs.16,921/-: Mrs. Yasmin Begum of Imphal had booked her tickets with Travolook for journey between Imphal to Guwahati. However, she received a communication from the agents that the bookings were cancelled due to fare expiration. Following this, customer waited for refund which was not made by the agent. Mrs. Begum posted her complaint with ICF on 25/3 and the matter was taken up with Travolook. Finally the matter was resolved on or about 20/4.
