Trackon courier not delivering parcel

I have sent a courier from Trackon courier from dasuya Distt Hoshiarpur to kharar Mohali, what a nice service they provide to me. still till dated it is untrace able.. they are saying that they lost it, what a excuse. this parcel has priceless material in it. help to sort our my matter. i will fight against unjustices till year,

bez company is saying we are providing best service..?? what service to whom..?? me..??

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
