A transaction took place on my credit card by the following Website which was without my knowledge- https://resumegenius.com
I took a trial pack to that particular website which was of 14 days in Nov. Afterwards, I didn’t visit their site, after two months when I saw my credit card statement on 23rd Dec 2018, I saw their two times transactions were done by resume genius site without my consent each od rs. 2957 which is $39. The first transaction was on 21 st Nov, and sec on 21st Dec.
I myself had done only the one transaction in 6th Nov which was of 14 days trial of $1 only, afterwards, they saved my card details (I didn’t save) and did another two transactions without my consent. I request you to get a case filed against them and get my money back.
Such policies by many of the companies do hurt a lot to customers and there are lots of customers who are suffering from this problem. Your one good action would give relief to many customers in future and will prevent many fraudulent transactions.
