Some had done fraud transaction with my sbi bank credit card on 15/1/2018 at 1: pm and I have given the complaint to sbi customer care also submitted disputed form, I m telling that I didn’t not share any information to any one then how the data was leaked, from 15jan 2018 sbi bank wasted my time and saying that your case under investigation, I have given many complaints to sbi bank customer care about this dispute transaction but there is no proper response and sbi bank giving me fake commitment on this, when I asked them give the details why u guys updated wrong email Id on my application sbi bank not giving me the answer for this, sbi bank some representative is telling that ur case is under propose and after some time sm1 will call and say sir your case Already closed. I have file FIR to police commissioner office and they had told me go to the sbi bank credit card office and submitted this FIR COPY, but there is no solution for this. sbi bank is only involved in the transaction that’s why they are not providing me detail, now m getting mentally harassed by sbi bak to make payment of Rs 18000 dispute transaction. I already told them i’m Not responsible for this transaction so I will not pay but they are keep torturing me, I have attached the pdf file all communication happen with me and sbi ban., I went to the SBI credit card office SBI Card, Unit No.1002, 10th Floor, ‘A’ Block, Embassy Heights, No.13, Magrath Road, Bangalore,Karnataka- 560025 to submit my FIR copy spoke jxxxxxxe about this issue but she also asking me to pay this amount wen I asked her I want to submit this FIR COPY she is telling me wat I will do this fir copy, some how I have submitted and got the complaint #129452043665 and she was telling i can’t help you with this issue, I didn’t go office last 4 to five days because of this issue, now m becom mentally upset becoz of sbi bank
