I am a tatadocom prepaid customer, I have faced an issue recently 2018, unnecessarily my main balance deducted from my number. I tried to call to the customer care on 11th feb2018, but the very careless answer given by the customer care people, no wish, not clearly leason my issue, without asking the customer just cut the call off. no minimum ethics they are following. this is not what we expected. totally lost my trust on tatadocomo. But I need to know what is the reason behind unnecessary deductions, respectless responses.
