Unsatisfactory service from home interior brand (Design Cafe)

Design Cafe being a brand we went for them to get our home interior designed. But they provided us with a fresher & part time designer. This was kept hidden from us at the time of booking. Later we came to know this, then also we gave the designer time, expecting we might get some good result. But the outcome was very negative. We had to teach the home interior designer how to design. In one of the designs, the drawers in wardrobe, were above my head (my height being 5.10).
After trying for 2 months, and identifying new mistakes very update of design, we escalated it to Design Cafe. This process also took 20 days to get a call back from them. First we complaint at the number provided in their site, but no result. Then we had to go to social media, and then got some mail ids of their employees.
After having discussions in the escalation calls with Design Cafe, its clear they have no respect for their clients and neither for the services they provide.
We had planned to shift to our house by Dec 2020 end, and our project started at 27th Sept 2020. After 2 months also the design phase didnt ended.

Issues faced by us :
1) I am not able to shift to my house and I have to bear both rent and EMI of my new house (During these covid times)
2) Design Cafe is not ready to return the money they took (1.75 lacks approx).
3) If we go for minimal service for what we have already paid, they are removing the discounts and charging us 25k extra
4) Mental pressure, and lot of time wasted.

We are suffering losses from all directions.
