Very bad service of reliance jio

My complaint is regarding the bad service of jio network . I have contact the jio customer service but no satisfaying response.
The network issue problem comming to me for since month of may 2018 .customer service official said your problem would be solve in within 120 days but after 6 month they didnt solve my problem finallay i request my recharge amount refund and compensate my lose.
