Vodafone recharge not credited even after successful transaction

I did a recharge of rs 348 through sbi anywhere app on 21/08/2017. I received the message of successful transaction from sbi.,but didn’t get any message from vodafone. Now when I went to sbi and vodafone both are blaming each other.no one is ready to refund my amount of 348. Leaving the customer in such a helpless situation.

Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
