vodafone idea ltd (india) falsely claims to have international roaming service in bangladesh. whereas they do not have any network coverage in bangladesh. i am one loyal subscriber of vodafone postpaid service since 2018. my number is 7xxxxxxxxx6. attracted by there claim of having international roaming service in bangladesh, i activated an add-on pack of inr 149 to my existing pack to avail the facilities while travelling to bangladesh on 17th feb,2020. since then i am paying additional inr 149 per month to the existing tariffs but i am unable to enjoy the services. i have written to them via mail but nobody replied to that. i do have all the mail correspondances with me.
