Wrong Lenovo laptop delivered by Amazon vendor

From Amazon, I ordered the laptop Lenevo Legion Y540, – i7 processer, RTX 2060 graphics, 16GB RAM, 144Hz refresh rate screen but I got:

– i5 processer
– GTX 1060 graphics
– 8GB RAM
– 60Hz refresh rate screen

I contacted Amazon for a replacement, but they told me Appario is not allowing a replacement even though this item is in stock!
I also can’t find any contact details for Appario Retail. The only phone no. I could find on their website does not work. Now I have to first wait for the refund and then lose out on a deal that I was waiting and saving up for months! This a scam by Appario retail for high-end products because (1) they have no working public contact info and (2) they do not allow replacement even though the item is in stock.
