Wrong material delivered by seller

We have ordered 5 dresses online from a girl named rxxxxa mob no.-6xxxxxxxxx1 lives in surat on 22nd of april 2018 the amount of rupees 3000. The dresses she sent us was totally different from the pics shown by her,we told her so many times to change the dresses or return the amount or give me dresses which are shown in the pics but that cheater girl never replied to my any of the messages and not even attend my calls or change the dresses. kindly help us to refund my amount
