Wrong payment gateway charge by Nobroker

I did Security deposit payment to third party through NoBroker ( Refercence number NRP-2xxxxxx2) dated on 11th october  and then my total 305310 amount is got deducted and then payment put on hold on same day. After i got message that you need Rent Agreement. I have uploaded rent agreement same day but my payment wasn’t process by nobroker and was showing with hold status. I started to call customer care and i called them more than 5-6 times but all times they response they are in process and on date 13th october i got call from someone and they were asked for PAN card and same i sent him through whstapp. Then after i got message your payment refunded and then after i came to know from that guy processing fees will be not refunded.
I wan’t to know why processing fees got deducted it is not small amount it is very huge amount to me. I want my fees amount refund back. i really very disappoint with Nobroker service. Even though i have putted correct name and agreement is also correct then why it was not processed.
Kindly help me for my refund back i paid that amount through Credit card and Nobroker didn’t do anything and earned 5310 rupees from me. I don’t have trust now on nobroker. Why Nobroker employees didn’t tell me during my calls that you have to correct the things and they were only doing time pass at that time.
