Wrong payment of Rs 1649/ against CPP

I got message on 1/5/2018 that transaction of Rs 1649/ has been made from my card towards CPP without my consent . Although I have alteadu conveyed to you through email that i will not renew this plan further even then the ount had been debited from my card. Kindly look into tje matter and amount be credited in my account and reflect in the montjly statement. Thanx

Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. Complaint against Nivea Soft Cream – Rs.1,529/-: Mrs. Rekha Goyal of Nangal, Punjab (goyal1961@yahoo.co.in) had posted a complaint with ICF on 02-12-2009 with regard to Nivea Soft Cream purchased from the local market. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment.
