Wrong product delivered by Flipkart vendor, no support

I ordered a handheld sewing machine but did not got it, instead I got a plastic pouch. I made an replacement request for like 10-12 times but no response at all. At first the delivery person used to come and told we won’t change it because product does not match. After 2-3 times they stopped coming to the address. Very poor service by flipkart and now they are telling that we won’t replace or return it. Order number is OD112567241544828000
