Hi, Recently i have ordered US. Polo mens slippers from Amazon and have received shoes and later i spoke with the customer care service people and they had scheduled a return pickup and they said that i will be getting the refund within 4 days but till now have not received any refund
And a again contacted Customer care today i.e 29/12/2023 ,and they are simply saying that they wont give any refund,and why should the customer suffer
Delivering a wrong product to the customer is the Amazon mistake,then why should the customer simply suffer. And they are not helping
I want my refund as soon as possible as its not my message #Amazon
