Wrong product received from Naaptol

I have bought a set of 7 bags of 999rs. First of all I received only 6 bags. Also the bags which I received were very different from shown on TV. Product quality was extremely poor. So I wanted to return the bags but no proper response received from customer support of Naaptol and they were forcing me to change the product or take coupon instead of money. They were not ready to refund my amount…Order no- 41300872, received on 11/ Nov/2017
