Regarding service from housing.com

I have purchase the product form housing.com They never fulfil there Commitments. Housing.com is a Real Estate portal where we “Real Estate Agents” do Advertise to get the Potential Buyers and met there requirement of property accordingly. They have sold me the Top Slot no. 1 for sector 81 and sector 82 Gurgaon respectively. From the day one i am writing letter to Housing.com for the wrongly add there team are posting. I have made numerous call and email them to rectify the problem all the time they give fake resolutions. Even at last they told me they will refund the money. Now they are pretending my calls and emails. Housing.com now refusing to refund my money .
I have a call recording as well as emails of there with proof.
