Wrong refund from easemytrip on cancellation of flight by airlines

I have made booking of flight tickets from andaman to hyderabad via Chennai for 4 people being total value of Rs 21264. On the date of travel the flight was canceled by the airlines operator AirIndia and we had to
book different flight to reach our destination. airlines told us that we were eligible for full refund of the same but subsequently when i made a request for refund i was paid only Rs 364 aganist the total amount of Rs 21264. I contacted easemytrip multiple times over but I did not get any help. Airindia confirmed me that i am eligible for full refund and i will have to collect it from easemytrip.

please look into the issue and do the needful.
