I have ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel in July and since then I am facing problems. Earlier it was call drop and now internet not working now. Called them 5 to 6 times in one week and just got one answer please wait for 24 hrs. Nothing is being done. Pissed off as they should know that nowadays internet is the main thing to work on.

I have ported my mobile number from Vodafone to Airtel on 7th Oct and calling service has been started however internet never worked till today. Called many time to customer care and registered a complaint with them however nothing happened till today. Floated several emails complaining about the issue however they never solved it. I have replaced the SIM from airtel outlet at bibwewadi Pune however still internet is not working and now incoming and outgoing messaging also stopped.
Pissed off by calling and raising complaints and also unable to use internet.

After porting from vodafone to airtel, my calls were working properly, but there was no internet connection.
Restarting the mobile solved the problem!
