Complaint regarding camera resolution in V7 mobile

we have purchase v7 on feb 2018 from retail shop, i complaint about the megapixel is not clear than it’s 24mp as show in website and advertisement. the camera is very lower than company provides on box print. the resolution of camera 720×1440 = 10 mp not 24 mp……..i need our full money return 15500/- …

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
