Complain regarding shipping of duplicate and defective product

I had order a Mi power bank online for rupees 999/- from online shopping service provider www.shoppingsastaonline.com. But instead of delivering Mi power bank they delivere a duplicate and defective product. Which doesn’t work. I paid the amount of money in cash. I sent them a complaint email in reply of which they assured to solve the query in coming 8 days now it’s been 13 days they don’t respond to the email. and the contact no. they provided with bill are not existing/
