Complaint against Sai Bajaj TV service centre

I have raised request for my LG TV repair. The technician name Bxxxxy called and he visited my house and carried my TV to his service center which is mentioned below on 13/11/2018. He said that he will deliver in two days. After 3 days, i asked him in whatsapp. He didn’t respond. I keep on msging him. finally he said i will deliver on monday. But he didn’t. I keep on trying with them. Its so much frustrating with them. Even I informed them that i am going to complaint in consumer forum.
They didn’t care and even they didn’t respond also. so finally i wanted to complaint on them that how they are treating with customers. Please look into this issue and justice me ASAP. Thanks.
