Extra charges collected by Uber driver

I travelled from Kempegowda International Airport to Devarachikkanahalli. The driver asked me how much was it showing in the app. I told 780 rupees. He told me to pay that much. I paid. Later when I checked the app again, it was showing 690 rupees. There’s no way to contact the driver. Also, Uber is not responding to my complaint raised via their app and Twitter.

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme.
