I ordered from website ‘shopiagos’for ‘ 3G C5-03 Touch mobile with free 25000mah power bank ‘ on 2/10/2017 and received that on 5/10/2017. Order no is #SG2345541829 . But when i opened the phone was not working it was faulty completly and the power bank was of different company and of less capacity what was displayed on website at the time of ordering for it.
And i tried to contact to them for returning as per their policy within 5 days but contact numbers provided by them were always found to be engaged or out of coverage area, then i left 2 emails on their gmail address on 9/10/17 but since that they donot respond to them . Again 2 days ago i mailed on their address but no reply . So kindly take action against them who make such websites and offers and refund our money.
