Complaint regarding Digismart mixer purchased on Flipkart

I had ordered mixer grinder from Flipkart. The mixer that came was not working. So i replaced the mixer. The mixer that came worked only for 10 days. Now no one is ready to help. Nor flipkart nor the service centre of company. The company people are telling to send product to repair in Delhi. And no guarantee whether the product will work in future or not. I just want to return this product it’s of no use to me. The customer service is not picking calls not answering my questions. From 10 days I have been troubled. 1550 was a very big amount for poor people like us. Now now I don’t have my money and mixe ris not working. I complained a lot. I recieved call from their company and lady said she will send service in Mumbai I just need to give her one otp. I trusted her and gave OTP turned out that otp was my Flipkart login otp. She gave their company 5 star rating from my account. This is literally illegal activity. Then she blocked me. This is the kind of service I am getting after paying. I ordered seeing the reviews. But all the reviews are fake and paid. I am seriously helpless. I have my 2 year old daughter for whom I needed this mixer so urgently And these people have made a joke out of it. Flipkart being a reputed organization has allowed such fraud company on their website to sell. So they are equally at fault. We had trusted flipkart. That mixer has sparks and smoke coming out . It was a hazardous situation. Still i haven’t received any help. I request to help on a serious note
